We’re currently testing Apollo as a B2B prospecting tool, which has a significant contact database and leverages AI to help craft personalised outreach.
What I’m reading?
Over the holidays, I read the latest Gartner Reports on the Future of Sales. My three biggest takeaways were:
- Businesses need an answer for how AI will play a part in the sales process.
- Don’t just focus on sales enablement to develop skills; consider how to create a behavioural change.
- With limited attention spans and time for learning, consider micro-learning and just-in-time learning for your sales team.
