Terms and Conditions for REV UP Membership Program

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the membership program “REV UP” (the “Program”), offered by Sales Redefined (“we,” “us,” “our”). By enrolling in the Program, you (“Member,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Program Duration

The Program runs from July 2024 to June 2025 (the “Membership Period”). Members are expected to commit to the full duration of the Program.

Membership Fees and Payment

Currency

Currency displayed is Australian Dollars and excludes GST.

Upfront Payment Discount

Members have the option to pay for the entire Membership Period upfront. Members who choose this payment option will receive a 10% discount on the total membership fee.

Monthly Payment Plan

Alternatively, Members may opt for a monthly payment plan, which requires commitment to the full 12-month Membership Period. Payments are processed monthly through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By choosing the monthly payment plan, Members agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions.

Payment Terms

  • All payments are due according to the payment schedule agreed upon at the time of enrolment.
  • Failure to complete payments as scheduled may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Cancellation Policy

By the Member

  • 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Members have the right to cancel their membership within 30 days from the start of the Membership Period for a full refund. This guarantee allows Members to evaluate the Program with the assurance of a commitment-free trial for the first 30 days.
  • After the Satisfaction Guarantee Period: After the expiration of the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period, Members who have paid upfront are not eligible for a refund. Members who have opted for the monthly payment plan are committed to completing their payments for the entire 12-month Membership Period.
  • Cancellation Requests: To cancel your membership, please submit a written request to [email protected] within the specified 30-Day period.

By Sales Redefined

We reserve the right to cancel the Program or a membership due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Members will be notified as soon as possible, and refunds will be processed pro-rata for the time remaining in the Membership Period, respecting the satisfaction guarantee period for new Members.

Member Obligations

Members agree to:

  • Adhere to all Program guidelines and policies.
  • Engage with the Program in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Not share proprietary information received through the Program with third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Sales Redefined will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the Member for the Membership Period.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, which will take effect upon their next renewal date.
